How do I access the archives?

Members can use the email address associated with their PopSci+ account to access issues going back to 2002 through our iOS, Android, and desktop apps. If the app asks for a password, please download the latest version to continue with just your email address.

How can I cancel?

Cancel at any time. Log in to PopSci+. Access my account (user icon), go to subscription plan, and click cancel. Changes are effective at the end of the billing cycle.

How can I get a refund?

Refunds are available only within the first 7 days of your membership start date. Please request a refund through our customer service portal.
